sharepoint view lock for anonymous purposes

i'm publishing infopath 2007 forms to a sharepoint 2007 server environment.

i'm interested in creating an anonymous form in which i (as an administrator) will not be able to tell who is the authenticated user that submitted the form to sharepoint.

is it possible ,for the colum "modified by" in sharepoint view, to be erased from the view ,on a specific site lets say, in a way that even an administrator will not have the ability to reverte ?

this is a main issue since anonymous forms cannot be submitted in any way.

i'll be happy for a quick response.
